When good weather turns bad!!

Went out in glorious sunshine this morning. Did around 30 miles of rapid fun in the sun and then suddenly THIS! Youtube linky

Where's Ingland? is it a little village near Chorley?

The device is technically handheld but clipped onto a self made chest mount I used to use for skydiving but not happy with the movement. May be looking for an gopro and bracket for the roll bar.

Ermm.. they were between where I was and home. I guess I could have drove away from them and see where I ended up?

Yep.. had a helmet on and a lovely warm quilted down jacket on.. well warm until the filling absorbed all the water. The trick with the viz in the helmet was to drive fast enough to keep it clear but slow enough not to sliiiiiidddee!!! Oh.. and not to breath too much haha

i actually did wonder if you were out yesterday when it started, i was right.
I got caught out in the hale one with no helmet on, that stings your face a little bit.

Try falling through hailstone for 60 seconds at 120mph.. then you know the meaning of stinging.. OUCH!! you get down looking a mess. See aphoto of last time I jumped in hailstone Photo
