help getting steel
hi everyone , i need some help!
my problem is i live in france and cant get the rite dimensions for the steel i need to build the chassis and the stuff that i can find which is about
the closest is 3x as much as the uk!
What im asking is there anyone in the southeast area who could order me and store the steel at their place for me to pick up as for im coming back
this month to pick up my donor car?
obviously i would pay the person before!
that goes without saying!

I woulds buy a precut kit and throw it in the back of the donor. job done.
What are you building exactly? Can't you find a donor in france?

yeah i did think about the pre cut jobby but we wanted to build our own as we have all the equipment, also ive got nowhere to send it to!
secondhand cars in france are silly money and i get to come back to the uk for a road trip!

Whereabouts in France are you? Round here 25X25X1.5 is easy to get hold of. If that's what you're looking for. As is most CDS tube.

i case you do not get this sorted, i live near IS & G Steel stock holders in Bechenham ( Sydenham actually ) and have done the same for someone
who wanted a small amount of box for chassis alterations.
Check them out on their website and get prices on the phone to see if they have what you like and then get in touch if i can help.
