Airbox for R1

I have a nice airbox/scoop which came from a single seater.
It fits an R1 5VY but I'm sure the existing base plate could be modded or changed to fit others.
It seems to be made partly of carbon fibre and the rest of carbon fibre look-a-like stuff! Sorry, I don't really know.
Between the base plate plenum and the scoop part there in a flat K+N filter.
It is designed for a car with the engine transverse to the direction of drive, if that makes sense!
I will now attempt to attach some photos, but this may take some time as the kids are not home yet!!

OK, can anyone tell me how to attach images from my PC rather than pictures with a URL, or if someone is interested, could they PM me an e-mail address and I'll send them to you!

Failing badly in attaching pics!
I do have an e-mail with some pics ready though.
Consensus so far is that it won't work under a bonnet!
The engine would have to be at 90 degrees to the car (rear engined R1ot or MK midi or single seater or side car thingy)
It would be a terrible waste to try and put it under a bonnet!
