Trailing arm material (I have searched, honest.)

Evenin' All

I've been looking at my Gemini trailing arms today and have decided that they must be massively over-spec.

What material have people used on their Locosts? I'm 'adding lightness' and racing so CDS is a given but what dia and material thickness?

We used inch square section of 16swg. Nice and easy to machine the ends and jig too. Two years use and seem fine!

1" round or square and 1.5~2.00mm I bought a bit of cds for mine but I think erw would be fine on the trailing arms.
