Better to use proper OEM style clips rather than P Clips also I would suggest you use Kunifer brake pipe rather than copper.

Ed, Yes this is the type i will be using. I have found them on a website www.shop4fastners.co.uk and seem very cheap. I am going to order 5mm for the brake lines and 7mm for the fuel lines unless anybody tells me different.

Cheers, Baz

Better bet would be the proper brake/fuel pipe type suggested by B.T . Made for the job, lighter and cheaper.

Without going to a dealer, where would i be able to buy OEM style clips? the p-clips i am looking at are only £3.49 + vat for 20, which i thought is very cheap compared to some kitcar related shops where they are about £7 for 5!!

Check out places like Car Builders Solutions, Europa Spares , Demon Tweeks etc or wait until you can get to a show like Stoneleigh , there will be loads of useful stuff there. Your local motor factors will probably be able to help.

Contact Automec - www.atomic.co.uk, they should have the right clips. It might be cheaper to buy a complete car kit from them, telling them what vehicle your callipers and rear axle are from and then shortening the front to rear pipe

Also for clips try Merlin Motorsport, Trident Racing Supplies or Raceparts

Sorry about my auto spell checker, try www.automec.co.uk (not atomic!)
