Honda Kitten

Evening all,

Got my chassis back and what a beauty as all the serious suspension geometry has been sorted including engine mounts, rack, James watt linkage and the front end with wishbones all sorted. I will no doubt need help and advice from you chaps as I progress, especially the s2000 experts.

Is there a brace going across that front end?

It looks a little flexy to my untrained eyes.

The front is left open at the moment until I know where the radiator will fit, but yes I believe there will indeed be many more tubes to add. If you look at the roll cage tube's that meet the original chassis at the engine mounting points they have a strong lump of 2" x 1" attached that also integrates with the original strong suspension mounts with new top wishbone mountings. Into the garage now to bolt it back together for a dry run and to figure out the bodywork, bulkhead & floor pan, not to mention about a hundred other bits and bobs, its gonna be a long job, what have I let myself in for? Cheers.

Was that, by any chance, done by Darren Bingley of Bingley Engineering? If so I saw it in his workshop when I collected my new trailer from him and it is a work of art. BTW, if anyone is wanting a trailer try Bingley. Cheaper than Ifor W or Brian J and better in my opinion.
