im a bit confused ? is your built engine naturally asp? they make 200whp in standard form so an extra 150whp is an incredible achievement without
forced induction

I agree getting that sort of power out of an n/a f20c would require serious investment so the 13k kit price for a Westfield megaS2000 should be a drop
in the ocean.
If your buying the westfield full kit it should be a doddle to build with full factory support.
Welcome by the way.
I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.

First thing would be to source a crashed s2000, this will donate gearbox and axle, steering column etc, then sell the rest on to recover some
funds.
You then modify the frame around this lot, you will probably want to use cortina uprights and sierra rear hubs or Westfield equivalents so you can run
nice 13" wheels and have access to decent brakes at sensible prices.
Escort quick rack, just mate to the s2000 column by modifying the tube between the UJ,s to suit.
Pedals, get a nice floor mounted set with balance bar.
Jobs a goodun

Honda s2000 built engine
Hi thanks for the info, I have Honda s2000 steering colum, ecu, loom, transponder, also have a re built s2000 gearbox ,is there anything else I can use
from the Honda car as I have a load of parts left over from my supercharged Honda build I sold on.I put the car back to standard form when I sold it
and kept all the performance parts.so is it best to buy a frame direct from westfield and take it from there?

Welcome
Believe Westfield are now selling an Honda S2000 engined variant, So it might be worth a chat with the factory about the chassis and kit spec'
etc.
The standard SEIW (Widebody) chassis will take the S2000 engine with some modification to engine mountings etc.
Have heard one or two owners say that the ratios on the standard S2000 gearbox are ok but could be better when used in a Westfield.
I had a good look at one that was going to Germany and had to have all the standard induction set-up and it was pretty cosy under the bonnet, although
it did also have a dry sump install.

Honda s2000 built engine
Hi , I read somewhere that as the gearbox n the Honda was low that there was no need for a dry sump system as they are the same level.i ve had all the
brochures on the kits from westfield and am going to give them a ring next week see what options they have.i suppose the AP braking kit would be in
order or are there any other options that you would recommend.Would I still be able to run the AEM EMS on the westfield or is there other options
available .

Speak to Westfield and try and talk to Mark Walker if you can as he will be able to answer all the technical questions or speak to Russell who's
also very good.
I notice you want to use a high power S2000 engine and not a normal version, so make sure they are aware of that.
They *may* recommend some bracing on the Diff carrier area of the chassis.
Have a good look at what is on offer with the kit and then budget it accordingly, Don't forget that you don't have to buy everything from
Westfield and some parts can be found cheaper from other suppliers.
They may do a discount for a 'package' of components.
Get yourself a build manual in advance so you'll know whats involved.
Good luck with the build
