G1 & G2 Position along C for xflow
Hi
Please can somebody confirm the position of tubes G1 & G2 (along C) when fitting a xflow.
The book seems to quote 7" and then changes it mind and quotes 5"!
Cheers
Gary

Place them where they need to be! The book is only a guide, and is only meant to be a guide.

I'd sit the block in the chassis then see where they need to be for the engine mounts to fit ok! With a Pinto atleast it's worth doing
this as the starter motor gets in the way- not sure about the Xflow.
Hope that helps,

They need to be different one side to the other. The passenger side is further out to clear the xflow starter motor. I'm with James and sat the
block in the chassis to get the correct fit.
It's much easier than cutting it out later on because it fouls.
