Personally it wouldn't be my choice!
The strikers are superb little cars but I'd go for a more modern powerplant like Toyota 4age,ford ztec/duratec or bike power

Sorry to disappoint but yes the engine is from a fiesta RS. But it's a CVH turbo engine from the 1980's. Looks well put together though.

Car had a red front and white wings not long ago.
Bloke hasn't owned it long and clearly just tarted it up to sell.
He seems to buy then immediately sell a lot of cars.

I'd be giving it a big swerve. There's a nice red striker on pistonheads for the same money.

I couldn't agree with Dan more.
In fact I've been looking at that car on Wscc but I need to empty my garage before I can buy another car.

If this is the car I believe Mac Allardyce had at one point and being a 1997 it's way before Raw had the Striker so hardly Raw factory built. I'm pretty sure back in early 2000'this was white and I spoke to the owner at. Fisher open day in Marden Kent.
Was a lively car back then.

also the wrap does not go behind the leading arms on the side of the car, he could have at least unbolted them and done that bit.
