Luego zetec electrical gremlin

Hi all
Took the battery off to charge it. Since putting back on I've
Noticed the side and head lights at the front , both brake and side lights on the rear and are not working. Indicators hazards and all other functions are working ok. I've checked all the viable fuses and swapped relays around, all with no joy?
Anybody got any ideas before I hurt my head banging it on the wall.

Cheers steve

What switch gear do you have? What wiring loom? Did you refit all disconnected cables? Might be worth checking at the switch for a live feed in and out , same for the brake lights .

I think it's a luego made loom. Ford switches on the colour
Had a llom around after wiggling some wire near bottom of the rack the lights came back on.

Only issue now is the brake lights aren't working. Is the a switch for the lights I couldn't see one on the pedal box?

It depends on which type of switch the original builder fitted , no two kit cars are built the same . Chances are there is a pressure switch installed in the front pipe work , trace the pipes and check for a switch. Hydraulic switches do seem to cause a few problems in kit cars , do a search it's been covered several times.
