Suspension bushes
Hi,
Which are the better suspension bushes / rubbers for the wishbones, track control arms ?
Is there any difference in Flo-flex, Duraflex, Energy suspension bushings, Powerflex, Superpro, etc...
It used to be that most expensive where the best but we live in a modern world, this is no longer the case. What's the best option without
robbing the bank?
thanks

It depends on what sort of ride you want, different manufacturers make different shore ratings...the higher the shore number the less
'give' in the suspension.
The main difference I've found though is the slight difference in size of bushes
Thread on that issue here:

Although Duraflax are good quality, because of the issues talked about in that thread I ended up buying a second set of bushes in the end, from Rally
design (polysport classic) which fit great on my Haynes roadster book spec wishbones

Whichever poly bush you go for make sure you fit stainless steel crush tubes.
Mild steel ones rust and cause the bushes to sieze up.

Thanks already for the info
Indeed, metal does not sound correct for crush tubes.
I was reading some bad experiences about Flo-flex. Are they really worse as others?
