Recommendation to manufature a Roll Over Bar

My latest project is a Monoposto (single seater) Austin Seven based hill climb car. Does anybdy know a company that can make me a Roll Over Protection hoop to a specific design. It is a supply only requirement to a drawing as the project is not mobile at present?

I have used 'tube bender'. I could not recommend more highly. My roll hoops, front and rear were spot on and really reasonable

So just on this. Say I bought a flat pack full cage and welded it on, what's the best and neatest way of then painting it?
