MX5 Chassis design?

hi everyone,

I apologise if this is all a repeat of all newbies first posts but here goes...

just started reading this forum and have read the book, so am thinking about which way to go.

I like the idea of putting indipendent rear suspension on it - but how difficult will this make it?, is there a chassis design already out there that i can base my design work on?

would an mx5 donor be any good? if so would it be sensible to use the entire rear end or to build the rear dif into my chassis?

As I say I am a real newbee and just need some inspiration and a prod in the right direction.

Cheers

Give Bob C a U2U and ask him, he is usung MX5 bits.

Look at his pics too, might be useful. I have spoken to Bob and he seems a friendly helpful chap.
