Stressed skin sandwich FRP body/chassis?
Has anyone tried a stressed skin design with sandwich FRP? I have heard that Forbes Aird made an attempt once for production (not really a 7 type but
still interesting). Does anyone out there have some contacts or info for me?

GRP Sandwich cars
Howdy from Western Australia, Dont quote me but I think the GTM Coupe is made from pre-fab glass sandwich sheeting pieces which are then joined to
each other with a heavy weight woven cloth, if you visit one of the builders sites you will see various parts of the cars moncoque made from sandwich.
