Front Flexi brake pipes

I have been trying to get the front flexi brake pipes to look neat and also functional, on my MK Indy, with out any success, therefore I am giving in and asking if anybody has any photo’s they are willing to share.

Many thanks in advance
John

I got them from maplins about a pound for 10 if I remember rightly, with NO hole in them, I drilled a small hole in the centre and threaded the flexi through and glued the grommet into the side panel job done, I always make a part if I can, as im a tight Scot who hates payting someone else to do what I can do myself.

I'm rather intrigued as to why you didn't take the "copper" pipe up to the alloy panel and then use the bulkhead fitting to go through the panel and take the flexi from there IYSWIM?

Unless you use shorter flexis ( BTW I did and it passed the SVA), as the bulkhead fitting is intended, as the name suggests, to pass through a bulkhead why mount it inside and then use grommets to pass through a bulkhead, admittedly the body might need some reinforcement but to me that's what a BH fitting is for.

Do you have a picture of the right hose on full left lock? It looks mighty close to the springs.

If you're careful you may be able to run it inside the a-arm.
