Evrim, did you get my email?
Mine is perfectly vertical to bottom side rail (i.e. 90 degrees) on my factory built Avon chassis. You must have gone wrong somewhere in your
calculations.
Andy.

I've made it 90 degr.
Are you planning to use the GPR from Tiger? If so i would measure a tiger-fabricated chassi.
If not make it 90 degr.

You have noticed, I presume, that the chassis is wider on the top rail at the widest point than the bottom rail and that there are two different
measurements for that top rail (IIRC they are 1005 and 1025mm if you have the same version book as me) there is also a mix of the types of measurement
ie the length of a particular tube as well as horizontal distances.

Hi schrodinger. My book is thesecond edition one.In this edition the widest point of the bottom rail is 1025mm and the top rail also has 1025mm at the
same point that one on the top of the other.Yes you are right about measurenents.they are different for same tubs at different pages. Are you planing
to make your own chassis by using book?if so we can help each other.

I am planning on building a chassis based around the Avon but not exactly the Avon, I want to reduce the height of the sides by the seats and put a
full body with doors on. I will be a while before I start the build as I need to CAD my design and stress test it.
