Sierra Diff Mount - help wanted making / buying
Folks,
Want a sierra diff mount for my de-dion conversion. Yeah i know i could make one but buying seems easier.
So apart from GTS (I'm worried about supply) who else does them and any idea of cost?
If i was to make them, what would people reconmend, 3mm plate with trangular bits top and bottom to take sideways movement / spread the load?

Hi Mike,
The ones on my GTS chassis are 2mm plate IIRC and have a couple of small bracing bits of plate welded to them. Someone on here may be able to laser
cut you some?

I've used 3 mm steel as you suggest. No problems with it.
