Which De-dion axle
I will shortly be starting the build of my chassis. I plan to build the original book width chassis with a De-dion axle to the escort width not full
Sierra width. Who is best for the supply of this?
I have read previously somewhere on here that when using RS/laser 13" wheels ther is not much clearance on the trailing arms with this set up.
Is this correct. Should I see about a slightly wider axle? say Capri width.
If I co with Escort width do you know how much Sierra shafts need to be shortened by?
I know someone out there has the answer!

I'm going to be using the std chassis dedion to take the full sierra width drive shafts, as used on the GTS Panther.

As said, Jroberts would be a good starting point, but as an alternative how about using a full width sierra axle?
A few guys on here have done that and it looks pretty good too.

If I go full width at the rear with standard width body. Will I really need to increase track at the front? As I have all the front components for
standard width ie wishbones ahocks etc.
Nothing against all you out there with full width axles, but we all have preferences! Some do, some don't.

No, you can have a wider rear track than front without messing the handling up.
