It used to be Perry, hasn't been for a while. And there were a few stand ins for Perry when he was doing it.

I dont think thats the real stig, cos if you look at an actual picture of the stig, his helmet is totally different, and on that vid he has some sort
of badge on his right arm, and in the picture of the real one he doesnt AFAIK?

Apparently its Ben Collins *mainly* now. Perry Mcarthy stopped doing it a couple of years ago now but he still comes back every now and again. There
are also several other drivers who do it, the great advantage of course is you cant tell which one is which

Perry McCarthy did indeed stop driving as the Stig, but apparently, as well as the 'new' Stig they also occasionally have the actual
owners of some of the really, really exotic stuff driving their own cars.
They also won't tell JC who it is in case he gets p1ssed at a party and blabs to everyone!
I'd love it if it was someone really weird like Rowan Atkinson - apparently he is a phenomonal driver - and JC said they needed him when testing
the 575 vs DB9, but he was busy so they got Steve Coogan!!

Yep, Ben Collins is the commonly accepted current Stig, with cameos from others as mentioned

Yep, shortly after he released his biography claiming to be the stig. The stig then came back as 'stig the white'.
