Ebay Dispute

Hi all. I've filed an ebay dispute for a non payment. It has not been replied to for more than 7 days. What happens now?? what should I be doing. I understand I'll get back my listing fee and that the buyer could still leave negative feedback on this item (which is crap IMHO).

If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

Close the dispute and leave a negative.
In theory the non-paying buyer cannot leave feedback and if they do it can be removed. I have yet to put that to the test - I'll find out tomorrow as I'm about to do the same.

OK closed and feedback left so I guess we'll have to wait and see.

ive had this many times, if he does leave negitive feedback, which i think now they have blocked, you can request for it to be removed!
