MOT ?
right i am putting a screen on the car .
at the moment the screen is on and
the wheel box's are in place but not the
motor. so the Q is if i remove the screen
and leave the wheel box's in place would
it fail the MOT?

no in a word. It would fail if you left the screen on though as you have no wipers.
Basically its the same situation as at SVA - if its not there they can t test it.

You dont need an mot for three years as far as i know,has yours been on the road for that long?

as for the MOT .after the sva in 2006 the car had to have a mot put on it to tax it. and get it regesterd .dvla would not just
regerster it i had to MOT it to get tax
