urgent request for info
The missus is going to pick up some steel for me today, and I've forgotten to get a measurement for something. I intend to make the suspension
pickups from short, stubby lengths of channel. I know the internal dimensions (from the Nissan rear subframe I am jigging), but I forgot to look in
the Chris Gibbs book to see what gauge of steel they use for the pickups.
Anyone got any advice as to what gauge steel to use for the pickups?
To make the picture a little clearer, there are 5 pickups on each side: 3 x 51mm wide and 2 x 40mm wide (both internally)
