Does anyone know if side repeaters have to be e marked?

Have a butchers at some OEM's and i think you'll see some are, and some are justs plain.
Why do you ask? SVA???

Yes, they need to be E Marked for the SVA unless you can demonstrate an alternative specification (with documentation) satisfies the coresponding
British Standards reffered to in the road vehicles lighting regulations.
However mirrors don't need to be E Marked, they just need to demontrate the same charictoristics as E-marked items.

Depends on the engineer at SVA, mine are not E marked and passed OK.
