Well i recently opted for a set of reconditioned sierra push in drive shafts for my open diff but I'm starting to consider getting a LSD diff already is it easy to convert the driveshafts to fit?

save your money and spend it on making the car look nice ie savage switches, paddle shift or even a flatshifter.

The driveshafts should be fine as they are - just check with the diff seller that you have the correct number of splines on the shafts

Not really ,best option, although not locost, would be to fit a quaife or tran-x diff into your casing, and keep your push in shafts.
From experience the ford lsd unit is a waste of time in a bec, you may as well stay open diff.
