Stuart_B - 26/7/09 at 04:18 PM

wow, that is nice.

hmm i wonder how much those engien sell for??

i did want a duartec, maybe a cossy engine will be better.

What Gearbox is that married up to? AND are you running LSD?

Very curious as to how you are putting 270 down onto the road?!?!?!

Nice choice RTW

£1.5-2k.

I think sticking with the duratec might be more cost effective

thing is though, the cossie can go on to produce 8 million hp without needing to touch anything apart from the turbo .

What do you do for a living jpindy? I think I need to change careers..

jpindy3 - 29/7/09 at 08:01 PM

well its nearly all fitted up,its a very tight fit,iv had to mod 2 things one being the sump and the other is some lugs on the plenum that fix the fuel rail,

There was a bloke that used to frequent the westfield meet I attended back when I had the pre-lit, he had a 480 odd bhp cossie lump in his wide body.
That thing was insanely fast (he took me out for a quick blast in it, never felt acceleration like it in anything on 4 wheels), he did say he had to be very carefull with his right foot mind.
Last I heard he was aiming to break 600bhp.
Nice to have enough money to throw at your toys I guess!
