Picked up my first Kit Car today . It is an MK Indy with from what I can tell is a standard 2.0 Pinto engine, and a 5 speed gearbox. I am all
really new to the Kit Car scene and have just gleened what info I can from this forum in the last weeks or so.
Managed to pick the car up locally, and is essentially my replacement fun item as I no longer have my Bikes.
I will be asking loads of question no doubt (sorry in advance), and am more than happy to accept help
Took my 2 sons out (seperately of course), and the 12 year old absolutely loved it. Postitive reaction from the public is nice. I thought my
1-series M-sport was quite hard and handled well - but this is a whole new level - as I am sure you all know.
I will enjoy it as is at the moment, but would be interested in releasing a few extra horses pretty soon.
Sorry for going on, but I guess you have all been there before......
ill beat everyoe else to it, any pictures?
Welcome... wont be long before the pinto is history and your fitting a zx12. Mine lasted four months before i got the bike engine bug !!
is it yellow with a blue nose cone and cobra seats ?
