your not gonna get much adjustment on the rear end, theres lots of info on the forum about setting up the front end

Dont talk 541t bet you own an indy.

The rear is shimmed some thing 1 degree toe in and 1.5 vertical.

The best person I know re these matters would be Matt from Procomp.

Mines set like that and its ok.
If you are using the hoop wishbones on the top at the front discard them and get a set of wooshers bones

You will save yourself so much grief in the search for handling.

He'll probably be happier with the de-dion car - its uncle rons old design with a de-dion rear end (which is what i'm doing to mine uncle ron car so very interested in the results of the thread).

Hi

Lol it's not that i dont like the Indys as such. It's just that am known for voicing my opinion on what it needs to make one better.

Cheers Matt

Where do we start

Top bones need more caster

the cockpit needs round tubes along the outside and up to meet the rear hoops.

The top seatbelt mountings are way to low

could do with some extra diags in the front suspension box.

The lower bones are a problem if a heavy engine is used

other than that its built to a price and using non custom parts.

Now how much do you know about Birkins with a live axle?
