Just riveted the floor and a few of the rivets didn't break off properly.

Do I just drill the rivet out??

That's what is usual practise. However, you'll hear the rivet head (trapped in the chassis) trundling up and down - and side to side when you're driving Well... maybe not!!!!

you can always spray some underseal into the tube section if you have access as any rivet shanks will stick to it and not rattle about.or some selastic through the rivet hole and this should do the same job(if your bothered by loose rivets)
