recently bought a load of self assembly stainless hose and a box of various fittings . great i thought make my own pipes, wrong for sva they must be crimped. next thought use it for making a mock up of the pipes i need, duly made them up full length rears for disk brake rear end with banjo fittings. then had them made up as proper pipes, cost an arm & a leg, got them back fitted them pissing brake fluid like it's going out of fashion...... my mistake 13 years of rust pits on the caliper face i wanted to use. i hadn't taken into account the caliper seals internaly, stupid or what

Unless something has changed, goodrich style hoses & fittings are ok for sva, as long as they have an internal sleeve on the banjo, to stop the olive squashing the pipe. All my flexys are made up using this style of fitting, and they were supplied by ST ( although i had to shorten them for sva)
