may sound like a stupid question but i cant get them off! obviously removed the allen key but theyre well stuck on there! was thinking about using a puller but dont want to wreck the bearings??
What engine? - Hayabusa?
sorry wasnt very clear there the suspension rockers on the front!
Try rotating them in one direction until they wind themselves off. I have seen MK fit them and this is how they get them on so it might work in reverse ???
Mine were a bit of a pain to get on, the powdercoating needs taking off to get the bearings to fit in the rockers and on the chassis pivots. It wouldn't surprise me if you had to use a puller to get them back off if the powdercoating wasn't stripped all the way back.
On some of the first Indy R chassis sold, the rockers and bearings were supplied separately for the customer to fit, as in yours and my kit Martyn, but due to the difficulty fitting the bearings using the correct method, MK then started to supply the kits with the bearings and rockers already fitted to the chassis, I suspect that's the case for the original poster, there should be no reason to remove these rockers once fitted at the factory, but if you must, they must be screwed off, anticlockwise to remove, and clockwise to fit back, do not use a puller to remove the rocker arms, you will damage the rockers and bearings.
