Aeroscreen O/S wheel vision problem.

Hi Guys,
I have noticed from driving my MK more on the road now that the aeroscreen blocks my view of the offside front wheel completely. It is difficult to
place the car accurately on the road as you can't tell at all where the wheel is. Due to the width of the MK i think this is a must before i hit
something with the o/s wheel, and look like a right idiot.
I have noticed though that there are different versions of the screen - a lot have screens which aren't angled up very much
like the picture below from DriveAction http://www.driveaction.co.uk/projectcars/projectcars.htm
Clearly vision with this screen is less of an issue.
Whereas mine is angled up a lot more
Questions I have are can I reshape my aeroscreen? My other thoughts are to move the screen back along the car more to get the gap between the humps in
line with the drivers line of sight. Anyone offer advice or a solution?

Surely with a bit of practice you learn to guage your road position properly.
Not really usefull but I can't see my o/s wheel and neither can anybody in a full bodied car such as a the fury.

I'll look at adjusting the seat. It's actually easier judging wheel position for me on a normal bodied car - as the wheels are the same
width as your passenger compartment. I'll look at seat height and adjusting the aeroscreen.

I actually bought a set of seat runners off eBay (about £37) as I also needed to move forwards a bit.
I had to cut the adjuster lever thing and have it welded up so that it fit correctly, but it was definitely a good move fitting them, as the seat was
raised about an inch, and I gained room for a soft bag or similar behind the drivers seat, should I need it

Ended up removing the aeroscreen with great results. Car is much better now, it feels a lot better being able to see both front wheels in my
peripheral vision. clearly my helmet is also designed for smooth airflow as it's much more stable on my head and has less wind noise too.
