I'm doing a colour change and need to remove the ali trim strips above the side panels on both sides which are held on with very large headed rivets. Does anyone know what size these are and whether they can be fitted with a bog standard rivet gun ?

Yes, I fitted all my rivets with a small had rivet gun.

I used countersunk rivets on the ali trim, but used large head ones elsewhere.

Hi probably 3/16"
Std rivet gun ok , just change the nozzle to fit the larger rivet.
varied nozzles are normaly attached to the gun handles.
