I'm sure a good way to advertise your car is *not* to use pictures that have pictures of the ConrodKid in the background!

Enough to scare anyone away!

James

the middle pic as a good pic of "r lass" in the background, and a glimps of a nice siver car too........

Mave - 28/9/04 at 08:02 PM

Martin's email-address doesn't seem to work. I'm trying to get a quotation for a rollbar.

JoelP - 28/9/04 at 08:13 PM

everyone says email isnt the way to contact them, phone is the best.

Mave,

As you have an Indy I'd guess it's MK sportscars you want!

A very lovely number Jon.... car wasn't bad too!

I think I spy SteveO next to Conrod and I think it's me in the sunglasses standing behind the guy in the blue check shirt.

No hes right its Martin that makes the roll bars so give him a call on 01709 815740

Rob Lane - 29/9/04 at 07:53 AM

I took those pics quietly at Donington.

IN area, take pic, quietly fade out.

See, you guys never know when you're being watched.

Oh, ok. I know Martin's a bender but I assumed Sportscars had one aswell. I'm pretty sure the bit of kit in the picture of Martin's workshop is different to the one he did my roll bar on 2 years ago so assumed there were two between them!

Well cheers for saying hello then!

Cheers,

Martin will be able to make a "special" for me. Nothing too special, but just a tad different than the standard Indy rollbar. (is there a standard Indy rollbar?)

Rob Lane - 29/9/04 at 02:13 PM

James,

I don't know anyone except perhaps Chris G so I couldn't really say hello.

It's only when you guys posted who was who, did I realise you were there.

I did meet up with Martin in hall but this was pre-arranged. Other than that only bumped into Marcus.

Oh, that old chestnut!

Don't worry, that's fine, we know you don't like us really, we didn't wanna see you anyway!

James

James,

Not surprised, I'm just too good looking.

Is that Engineering or Sportcars?

Good looking - compared to what?

Rob Lane - 29/9/04 at 04:49 PM

Good looking compared to an old git like me

Err, the title of topic somewhat gives away which I mean.

As a HINT try Engineering

Mave - 29/9/04 at 05:01 PM

Hmm, pushrod front suspension.....at last! Can't wait to see it in the flesh!
