MK Wishbone Availability
UncleFista - 29/10/04 at 11:33 PM

Hi, I need a single lower locost wishbone due to one of mine failing.

I realise this isn't a Locost catagory but the old MK site seems to have disappeared. Are there any Locost parts prices on either of the new websites ?

I bent my wishbone tonight by driving over a housebrick Click for pic annoying to say the least, it's only been on the road a month ;( less than 15mph in first gear. Am I just unlucky ?

TIA

Edit !

After doing a search for wishbones I've come across the "thread from hell" sorry, didn't want to stir owt, if I did I'd not be wanting to replace it with another MK item
I will NOT enter into any conversation apart from availablity/price of a replacement. Thanks, Tony

The MK Engineering Website is still available

http://www.mkengineering.co.uk

The new MK site is:

http://www.mk-sportscars.fsnet.co.uk

There you go...

Cheers, I've searched both of those and not found any Locost related parts Mind you I'm not suprised, I can't see Locosts parts being very popular when the Indy is as good as it is. I think if it'd been about when I started my Locost I'd have plumped for one Then again I've no project going on at the mo'....

Cheers

Thanks again to Snoopy and the fellahs at MK, got a pair of spanky new design wishbones for £60

Rang 'em this morning and picked 'em up an hour and a half later, still hot from welding They even threw in some new bushes to save me removing the old ones, top blokes "again"
