That's the type I have from MK, I usually get a pair of moleys on the big 'nut' and a ratchet on the brass nut, add a little oil and tighten away.

Does a good job too as long as you can keep it straight

I reckon it's the thing I have found most handy, very well made and much better than the cheap one I had wich broke almost immediately!
