This may seem like a stupid question but does everyone just put the centre mirror in the centre??

In the Elise it was offset to the left so that you don't end up looking at your left shoulder, just wondered what others have done on their cars?

I've offset mine a couple of inches to the left, mainly to give unrestricted forward vision. Having said that, it does fall off at regular intervals (rubber sucky thingy), so it's probably never in the same place twice........

I've got a stick on one too. I don't worry too much about the position because it vibrates so much it's pretty useless, and as Geoff says they have a tendency to fall off anyway!

I've used a rubber sucker one (4/5 quid from MAC#1)- but also put some silicone clear sealant underneath too. Its fixed firm and tested to 90+ so far and with it being silicone holding it on, it easily rubs off without damaging or marking the the bodywork - so can be removed at later stage etc.

I've fixed it directly in the middle - vision OK - although you can normally see enough out of the wing mirrors etc
