position of master brake cylinder

can someone tell me the ideal position of the master cylinder? MK didn't make a hole in the bulkhead for it so i'm looking for a measurement from the top of the bottom chassis bar to the centre of the hole for the cylinder. what gives the best result for using the std sierra brake cylinder???

I'm sure its 65mm to centre of hole for master cylinder,i've also got 3mm thick plates each side to strengthen.

Actually its on the list posted by paul beyer

Bobs right, from the advice I got from this site I made the hole for the M/C 65mm above the lower chassis rail. I also fitted a 3mm thick steel plate either side of the bulkhead wall to strengthen the whole area. I purchased a U bracket, clevis pin and adjustable length plunge rod from Merlin Motor Sports at Castle Coombe to finish it all off. It all went together very easily.

I've borrowed a digi cam from work so I can take some pictures. I'll try and post some in the photos section now that it is back up and running.
