MK Club Parking at Brands - Sat 17th

Here is a note i received from Steve Hole, the Total Kitcar Brands organiser regarding club car parking.....
Your stand will be located on the opposite side to the pitlane on the colin chapman way where all the shops are and very near the tunnel to the pits.
Truth is because this is a first time and we're not sure exactly what will be best for clubs you'll be offered a couple of slots by either
me or one of my staff on arrival either Friday evening or Saturday AM. Basically you can have grass or hard standing and the two possible slots are
within 30 metres of each other. Sorry I can't give you a definitive answer but we want to mould this event so everyone is happy for future years
and so rather than say this is your spot we'd prefer to give you the option.
So now you know where to park!!

Did steve give any clues as to where the camping area is located ? i wonder if we pick the grass area can we camp there ?

As far as i can figure it's opposite the shops and opposite the shops is a grass area and large car park.
It's before you get into the paddocks.
Do you know where i mean?

I have a habit of never finding anyone - saw 2 Indys at Stoneleigh!
I'll be on my own, so would be grateful if I could find someone with a friendly face and a shared interest.

So you like pies too..... phew thought I was the only one with this interest.
I'll only be there Saturday (with tribe) but am keen to meet others.
It's been mentioned that there would be a congregation at the MK stand, 11am and 3pm have been mentioned.

From memory, there is a grass field next to the Kart track in the position mentioned. For anyone new to Brands, from the main entrance gate drive
straight ahead , grass area on the left, shops+race track on the right. PS, pub on the left !

The weather looks like it may perk up for the weekend,so whos camping fri night and what time are peeps thinking of arriving.
I'm planning to leave my cave early afternoon and be in brands well before 4 maybe 3 ish so as to beat the friday traffic.
