I read with interest his site and I noted his car weighed 390kg I appreciate that the striker is smaller and he uses small wheels etc and special
parts
BUT why havent a lot of bec people on here used the Bike battery and the bike radiator. like he has without problems
and numerous other things hes done which seam simple and used the bikes bits.??
he must have saved a good amount of weight there without worrying about lightened callipers etc
surely then you could get an indy well under 450kg without much trouble and a bit of thought?
just interested really
thanks chris
ive just realised Ive posted this in Mk well its sort of an MK question
I used the bike battery and it seems fine to me.
I've used bike battery and radiator no problem.
Same here - all be it a Goldwing Gel Battery.
Yep. Bike battery
I was advised against using my R1 rad, partly because it wasn't in the best condition but partly because the airflow in a nose cone isn't as
good as on the bike. I'm told that even with a big radiator, the temperature can go up quite a lot.
The radiator I've fitted is actually lighter than the R1 rad despite being bigger. Plumbing is a bit more tricky though.
