about to build up my back end tonight..
fuel tank/pipes/brakes etc
is there anything I need to know before hand for SVA etc
I think I know which way ill route the breaks already (took some pics at MK on saturday)

I put my copper brake lines on the top of the chassis rails holding the top arms and upper diff mounts. But looking back I would have put them on the
underside. This allows you to put a deeper boot in. Hope that makes sense.

andy no mate they just gave me a fuel tank?? any pics would be great
Mike most I have seen if you were looking at the back of the car from the back have run up and out the prop area from the bottom right corner then up
almost to the back but more on the drivers side
then simply t pieced both ways

does the brake BIAS VALVE need to be at the back of the car.
not in funny way but the way youve routed your pipes looks a lot more technical than the cars I saw at MK on saturday(very good workmanship though
youve done)

No it can go anywhere you like ,but I did'nt think i'd be tweaking it much once its set up so did'nt need it in the cockpit. I think it MAY cover not being driver adjustable without pinning or boxing it too.

Thanks. it did take me more than the one evening you're planning on spending though like most things I do but I wanted it to look good, I looked at lots of others before deciding on this route, and I did want to keep the tops of the rails free just in case I put a tool box in there

Another route for the Brake pipes is along the Bottom of the transmission tunnel and have the Tee right at the end (just popping into the boot area
with the T upside down.
Then equal length pipes out along the bottom rail (thats behind the seats) towards the wheels of the car and then up to about the level of the chassis
member thats halfway up the back of the seats, then a bracket and flexis from there.
Ya can just see it on the pic in my archive titled "clean diff"

How is your garage looks as if its dust free and carpeted,you posh or wot?
Mine always looked dusty even though I usually covered it,and my garage has a proper trussed and tiled roof and cavity walls the job lot.
Wish I could afford to carpet the whole house never mind the garage.

Go to the carpet shop and get two squares from a sample book, you may find a few of the out of date ones in the skip out back. Cut two holes in each and tiewrap one to each foot and it's just like having carpet everywhere.
