Are any of the rear wishbones handed or sided in any way, I have just got the car to a rolling chassis and one of the rear wheels is clearly toeing out (other is toeing in by eye) and I got to say its got me worried a bit.

Any advice/guidence on what I could have done wrong?

The wishbones are not handed but should sit the same way round on each side. Or Is it just an illusion. Are all the nuts done up tight. Equal amounts of spacers on eachside? Just a thought.

bolts are all up tight, and the bottom wishbones are both the same way, upper ones are hard to tell.
The spacers for the shocks are the same on both sides. Not aware of any other spacers and I don't think they could effect toe anyhow.

Probably a stupid idea but are your hubs bolted squarely on to the uprights?

a small bit of muck causing it not to sit square in there would show noticably on the wheel rim

I have heard of people adjusting rear toe by using washers between the rear hub and the carrier.

After a little more head scratching tonight I have noted two things.
1. when I undo the bolts between the upright and the lower wishbone there is quite a bit of play on the bolt.
2. The upright itself is not parrellel.... so either a lower wishbone or upright problem.

Maybe I need to look at more pics of peoples rear uprights and wishbone.

Ouch! Take it you have serious camber and toe problems

PS.Chris I think the threaded lower wishbone bolt could do with changing to be on the safe side,I can see the threads are a bit dodgy!
