Did my second trackday in the Indyblade this past weekend. It was extremely good, in fact I was astounded at how quick the car was, keeping up with a well prepped and well driven Caterham Superlight R (130hp)

However, I think it can go faster. I was getting some understeer. Given the light blade engine and my pie challenged weight at the back it's understandable but I'd like to try and dial it out and generally have the car set up properly. I'm not sure I'd know where to start so I'd prefer to hand it over to an expert. Does anyone have a recommendation, preferably in the NW? I tried plays kool a few weeks ago but they have closed down.

I`m going to try Procomp, based in Birmingham for my race car they are said to be very good. I don`t know if they can do it at a race venue, they do attend at some 750 club meetings and tere is one at Cadwell on April 30/ May 1st. phone number is 0121 350 3258. there's an article on here by gregors can't remember the rest of his name sorry about bump steer I spent about 3 hrs setting it up had to lift the rack by about 11mm I was amazed at how much toe in toe out you get when you lift or lower the car. what I mean is,, my blade is set for 1.5mm toe in..disconnect the top mounts of the front suspension put a jack under the car and lift it up as it would be under acceleration now measure the toe in, in my case it went to about 5mm toe out, now lower the jack to what it would be under braking/cornering and measure again mine was about 4mm toe in. by lifting the rack a few mm at a time and checking you can get to the point were you only have about .5mm difference it's time consuming and gets a bit boring but I found it worth while the next time we had the car at a trackday
