Can some of you guys help with the following as I received the brochure (which didn't have much in it) but need more info:

Is the 2.0 pinto an easy fit (understand you have to make a few mods?)?

What are the dimensions (Length and Width (built - need to check it will fit in garage!)?

How much on average to build?

Are all the parts available through MK or will I need to source elsewhere?

IS the body pre painted?

Does the deluxe kit come with all the bodywork (bonnet/panels etc)?

Is all the panelling included (and is it precut?)

What donor parts are required? I assume brakes/hubs/steering components and track control arms etc, engine/gearbox/diff/prop shaft, suspension components (except shocks and springs), wiring? anything else?

Fibreglass is pre coloured (not painted)
delux kit fibreglass content is listed in the "MK Site revamp" thread:
2 front wings
2 rear wings
1 nose cone
1 bonnet
1 scuttle
1 rear panel
2 side panels

locodude/PTM will confirm the panelling

Is the 2.0 pinto an easy fit (understand you have to make a few mods?)? Only mods required are to shorten the sump and move oil filler neck from front to back of rocker cover.

What are the dimensions (Length and Width (built - need to check it will fit in garage!)? 3.30m x 1.63m based on my rolling chassis but not far off finished car.

How much on average to build? How long is a piece of string? It all depends on how much you are willing to do yourself, choice of engine etc. I am using a 2.0L Sierra donor and expect to be on the road for a little under £3000. Some have done for less others have spent a poo load more.

Are all the parts available through MK or will I need to source elsewhere? Most of what you need is now available from MK but if you use a single sierra donor most of the mechanical parts will be taken care of. There are also a lot of suppliers out there ready to supply you with lots of silly little things like brake pressure switches, lights, trim.... If you can't find something you need or are stuck with a particular job just pose a question in this forum cos someone is sure to have been there and done it before.

IS the body pre painted? It comes supplied in a gelcoat finish in the colour of your choice

Does the deluxe kit come with all the bodywork (bonnet/panels etc)? Mr MDC124 EIEIO did a good job of answering this in the previous post

Is all the panelling included (and is it precut?) If you mean the interior panels you can make them yourself from a variety of materials or get PTM to supply you a kit made from the finest embossed finish plastic stuff. I cant give you a price cos Ive been waiting over a week for PTM to answer a U2U i sent him on the very subject.
