Got my chassis and necesseries today been working on it all day with a friend and have got the floor and wishbones and the
engine mounts in do more tomorrow going to try and get it standing on its own four wheels before I go back to skool
Ben
Good one, sounds like your enjoying yourself!
Bang goes the revision then!!!
Nice one, its great putting all the suspension on as it happens so quickly and really feels rewarding!
........and then realising that the wishbones have to come off again, because you have to fit the side panels, right?
Well, I'm jealous anyway. Make sure to keep us informed with some pictures too!
.......or you do what i did and put the top front wishbones on upsidedown! D'OH!
Glad you're having fun, keep at it with that sort of enthusiasm and it will be finished by the end of the week!!!!

Ben, your welcome over my place on Sunday if you wanna come, I'm just north of Brighton. We'll hopefully be firing her up for the first
time.
Don't talk to me about barely clothed ladies, I've got a shop in The Lanes and it's all over the place this week.
I would really like to come but I asked my perants and I have to be here as the family are all coming home for easter and I have to be here but
keep us posted with the results btw just painted all the steering stuff and the pedals now I've got to sand blast the old rusty hubs and
discs in this cold wind
Cheers,
Ben
Well, your always welcome. I'll be in the garage all day on Monday too.....
Ben,
Word of advice.
Be careful not to use up all your smileys too early in the build....
You will need plenty when it hits the road.
Well guys today got that bar stuard of a nut off and put the adaptor on painted over all the dings I made in the chassis and have had to clean up my
garage and shut the door Yes the time has come to try and forget the car for 2 months and do revision and exams Any way propably
won't post any thing for ages and then after 2 months it will be time to make serious progress So see you all then
Ben
I wish I'd had such an interesting project when I was that age...
(a cardboard box! Eeh lad, you were lucky...)
