the xr4x4 dif is the one to go for, if you want/need an LSD, otherwise a standard sierra dif will do (there are various ratios, a post under running gear today i think should explain.

otherwise search the forum, there are lots of informative old posts/threads out there.

Ned.

Bear in mind that the diffs vary in size (width), so you will have to make sure you get a diff that is correct for the chassis you ordered. I think the majority of diffs are 7" fitment, and unless you stated you were using a particular difff (eg Cosworth) then you should be.

ok the bloke who im buying the lsd off wants to sell me the whole rear end from wheel to wheel for £150 is this a good price,it seems ok to me, every thing seems cheap compared to motor bike bits woohoo, engine's gonna be the most expensive part after the chassis but there you go again a damn motor bike bit

Is the LSD rearr diff the same size as the standard sierra one?

Im just thinking if it will fit straight into the indy.
