Im back from uni in 2 weeks so i have to get my donor and start stripping. Does anyone know of a XR4x4 back axel with LSD diff anywhere, needs to have rear discs and 7" mounting plates on the diff

What was the order time you were quoted? I placed my order (Deluxe kit, bonnet vent, protech shox) on the 31st of last month. I got the build manual posted up to me and I've read it cover to cover now, so I'm fair looking forward to gettings somethign to start hammering at!

I was quoted 8-10 weeks, and just wondered if I should call them to see how it's getting on and sort out a collection date, or should I wait for them to contact me...

They said it could be 6 weeks, but could be more.

Did you pay extra for the protech shox, i they said you will get the protechs or the avos.

How long did it take to get ur build diary?

Well thats the funny thing...

They bloke I spoke to the first week I went down said they would be another 80 quid or so. I went down the following week and placed the order. I got the invoice and build guide 5 days after placing the order, but the invoice had no price next to the line for Protech Shocks?

I wasn't sure if it was a mistake or not, I was just going to keep quiet....

I asked because i wasnt sure if you got adjustables as standard, because they were selling the protects for £330, he said that they normally supply the protechs with the deluxe kit, but if they havent got any, you will get avos. So its down to luck really, are the protechs much better, im guessing they are lighter?

Yeah, they seemed considerably lighter to me, which my mate who knows about this stuff says is better...

They made the RockShox Psylo's on my push bike seem heavy in comparison.

They're fully adjustable too, although I think this is the same for the AVO's? I assuem because I specifically requested them and they're listed on the invoice, thats what I'll be getting...
