what tyre pressures are peeps running with 2.0 pinto,195/60/14 boots also spring rates would be handy

Front springs 325lb, cannot remember rear, Zetec engine. Tyres 18-20psi wih 195/50/15. 6-7 clicks on Gaz shocks.

Set shocks to mid point and tyres to 28lb first time out and car was all over the place! In this case soft is best...
