Guys

I know this has probably been covered before but having much luck finding a thread. Does any one have any pictures showing how they have routed the bottom hose from the water pump on a 2.0L Pinto to the bottom hose on the Polo radiator. I am trying to use the Rony Flex hose dia 38 down to dia 32 but I am struggling to get a neat bend into the rad, whilst clearing the fan belt and steering rack.

Any suggestions welcome

Hi,
There's a few pics in my archive of the bottom hose going into the rad. Istruggled with just a flexi and so gave it up as a bad job and bought a bit of tube, the right size with a tight bend already in it from a scrappers and then joined it to my flex with some alloy tube and jubilee clips.
