orderd a polo rad what fan do i need suck or blow mounted in front or rear (near engine) ta alan

It only depends on what you have room for.

If it will fit behind then you need a Pull, and if you want it in front you will need a push.

I was always having mine in front to give the Rad a little extra protection...

You could always buy a reversible blade one and therefore decide at a later date!

Personally I prefer a 'puller' to keep the airflow to the rad as undisturbed as possible.

I've wondered about this .... but then the air flow will be disturbed behind the fan.

I was told by someone who is very much into cars that a push fan is better, reason given a puller can never pull more then 1 atmosphere wheras a pusher can go much higher.
