After months of work with no reward we turned the engine over last night for the first time. Very loud without the exhaust on!!!!!

Yay - well done. Must be a great feeling to get it started.

I'll have to pop over sometime to have a look myself (we met at Steve's a couple of weeks back) and i should hopefully be ordering my own ZX10R from Malc in the next few weeks.

Yep, really pleased. It starts to get a bit frustrating after spending £6-£7k on a lump of parts that just sit in your garage doing nothing. But then it fires and that smell of petrol fumes...............

I think even Mr Worx was astounded that his wiring worked first time!!!!!!! (once we had got the spark plugs in the right way round!!!!!!!)

Hopefully by Easter time it should ready for some meets etc.
